6 Week Balance Body Transformation Program

This program is for those who:

• Want to Feel Better •Have Lost Motivation for Working Out • Have Gained Weight • Have Low Energy

Our 6 week program will challenge you to jump start your fitness program and transform your body. 

CHALLENGE YOURSELF AND REJUVENATE YOUR BODY AND MIND!  The Body Transformation features an individualized, weekly fitness class schedule, 6 weekly personal training sessions, 3 nutritional/dietary counseling sessions, 1 skin care consultation, and a yummy massage reward!  We encourage you to attend 4-5 classes per week.
